Packing
Garment packaging is the process of wrapping, compressing, filling or creating of goods for the purpose of protection and their appropriate handling. This is the final process in the production of garments, which prepares the finished merchandise for delivery to the customer. It is an important part of the garment manufacturing process. This includes two levels of packing. First the “primary or inner packing” in which the apparel is packed in a poly-bag or transparent pouch or inner carton box. The second is the “secondary or outer packing” in which the primary packing is packed in a corrugated carton box which facilitates the easy and safe transportation of the apparel.
The plastic bags are most commonly used for garment packing either at the completion of production or when they arrive at the finished goods stores. At O&M, we make sure that our packing must protect the product, aid the consumer to utilize the product, offer reusable options of the package to the consumer and satisfy legal requirements. There are certain other packing materials also attached to the apparel for the purpose of good appearance or identification or giving information to the customers. These include tags, barcode stickers, insert card, size and color stickers, hangers, hologram stickers, etc.

We use a barcode scanner and scan every single piece during packing. Scan and pack system helps to keep packing accuracy, giving the right units of shipping carton to the customer and saving time. Every garment gets scanned by the barcode scanner before packing.
We offer different packing options to our customers. Some of them are listed below:
